All you need to do is choose the quantity, color, and material of the product you wish to purchase and click “Buy.” When you are finished shopping, select “Checkout.” We recommend creating an account when you enter your data and select your payment method. Once you’ve verified your order, click “Send order.” You’ll have another chance to enter your contact and payment information and then you will receive a confirmation.
If you have used a debit or credit card to pay, you are finished. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, you are now responsible for transferring the full amount to our account. We sell both customized and premade products, so delivery times vary based on what you order. If you order multiple items, delivery will be based upon the item with the longest production time.
What is the difference between aniline leather and semi-aniline?
Leather is dyed by immersing it in aniline vats that enable the due to soak through the entire piece. For aniline leather, once it is removed from the vat it has a natural look and soft feel. To create semi-aniline leather, a transparent protective layer is applied once the dye is set. This layer helps prevent stains and discoloration, making semi-aniline leather more durable and generally a better choice for a family home.
What is the lead time on products?
We sell both customized and premade products, so the lead times vary based on what you order. If you order both custom and stock products, the item with the longest lead time determines the overall order lead time.

Does Stin products come with a guarantee?
Our 10-year warranty takes care of any faults that may have occurred during the manufacturing process. As long as you are using the furniture as intended, we cover any damage. We cannot be responsible for damage occurring from unpacking, reasonable wear, abuse, or accident. We always try to replace defective products, but we reserve the right to terminate any case by refunding the purchase price. Warranty applies to all purchases made after March 2016; purchases prior to that date are covered for a standard one year.
How is it possible that STIN reproductions match the quality of the original at a low price?
STIN removes the middleman in order to offer quality furniture at affordable prices. We don’t have to pay for designers, storefronts, or a long and unwieldy supply chain. On top of that, we don’t inflate prices just because of a brand name attached. Even though our furniture is 100% of the quality and style as original designer pieces, you pay up to 90% less.
